By downloading, accessing, or using any application or service developed by Green India Connect (GIC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our software platforms.

Platform Conduct and Fair Use

Users must utilize GIC applications for their intended utility. When participating in community platforms or peer-to-peer marketplaces, you agree not to post fraudulent listings, distribute malicious software, or engage in abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior. GIC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for user misconduct and reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate community safety standards.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, user interface designs, branding, logos, and proprietary algorithms associated with GIC products (including Lost Grid and PyPaper) are the exclusive intellectual property of Green India Connect. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our software without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

All GIC platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we prioritize security and uptime, GIC does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Furthermore, GIC acts solely as a digital facilitator; we are not liable for any personal disputes, financial losses, or physical interactions that arise between users conducting transactions or meetings through our applications..
